# Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement

## 1. Informal Resolution First
- Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at admin@care-atin.com and allow 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

## 2. Binding Arbitration
- If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of our products, or your relationship with ALPHACARE HOLDINGS LLC shall be resolved through **binding individual arbitration** administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Arbitration shall take place in California.
- The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

## 3. Class Action Waiver
- **You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis.** You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against ALPHACARE HOLDINGS LLC.

## 4. Small Claims Exception
- Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

## 5. Opt-Out Right
- You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within **30 days** of your first purchase by sending written notice to admin@care-atin.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out".

## 6. Severability
- If any part of this dispute resolution clause is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to apply.
