## How to Return
1. Email admin@care-atin.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.

## Defective Products
- If your device arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately.
- We will ship a free replacement within 2 business days — no return required.
- Defective devices reported within 90 days are covered under our quality commitment.

## Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
