# Subscription Terms (Subscribe & Save)

These terms govern your care·atin Subscribe & Save enrollment, in compliance with the **FTC Negative Option Rule (Click-to-Cancel)**.

## 1. What You're Signing Up For
- When you enroll in Subscribe & Save, you authorize ALPHACARE HOLDINGS LLC to automatically charge your payment method and ship product at regular intervals.
- **Default interval:** Every 60 days.
- **Discount:** 15% off the standard retail price for as long as you remain subscribed.

## 2. Pricing & Charges
- You will be charged the Subscribe & Save price on the day your renewal order is created.
- Prices may change with 30 days written notice via email.
- Tax and shipping charges may apply per your location.

## 3. How to Cancel (Click-to-Cancel Compliance)
- You may cancel at **any time** before your next renewal date.
- **To cancel:** Email admin@care-atin.com with subject "Cancel Subscription" and your order email, OR reply "CANCEL" to any subscription-related SMS.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- **No cancellation fees.** No penalties. No hoops.
- If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed but before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

## 4. Modifications
- You may change your delivery interval, skip a shipment, or swap products by contacting admin@care-atin.com at least 5 days before your next renewal date.

## 5. Refunds on Subscription Orders
- Subscription orders follow the same return policy as one-time purchases.
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
