## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

## 2. Products & Orders
- All product descriptions are for informational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.
- care·atin devices are **wellness devices, NOT wellness devices**. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, care, or prevent any disease.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.

## 3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within the continental United States. International shipping availability varies.
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

## 4. Returns & Refunds
- You may return unused, unopened products within **30 days** of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened or used devices may be returned within 30 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
- Scalp Renewal Oil and consumable products are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
- To initiate a return, contact admin@care-atin.com.

## 5. Subscriptions
- Subscribe & Save orders auto-renew at the agreed interval (default: every 60 days).
- You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date by contacting admin@care-atin.com.
- No cancellation fees apply.

## 6. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, trade names, and proprietary technology are owned by ALPHACARE HOLDINGS LLC.
- Our red-light phototherapy device design is covered under US provisional patent application.
- You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our products.

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
- We make **no medical claims**. Individual results may vary.
- We do not commitment any specific results from using our products.

## 8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALPHACARE HOLDINGS LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
